in viphone communicator

  • click on the purple credit tab
  • select the method you want to use to pay (online by credit card, by bank transfer, or by postal order)
  • select the recharge amount
  • click the button buy credit
  • in the case of payment by credit card, you will be redirected to a secure Bank payment server where you can make the payment
  • in the case of payment by postal order a postal order form will be displayed with the details filled in – copy these details onto a form and pay it at the post office
  • in the case of payment by bank transfer the details you need to make the payment will be displayed – you can then make the payment at your bank or via your internet banking
  • As soon as we receive your payment in our account, your credit will be recharged (when paying by postal order or bank transfer it can take up to 3 days)

buying a recharge code in the e-shop

  • in the e-shop select the amount of credit you want to buy
  • once you have successfully purchased credit, you will receive an email with a recharge code
  • start viphone communicator, enter the recharge code on the purple credit tab and click the recharge box 
  • your credit will be added immediately

transferring credit from another user

any viphone break user can transfer credit they have bought to your account. (Note however that such credit cannot be transferred again)
